Position Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Student Ministry Video Producer to join our Central Students team. This role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive video strategy that inspires and equips students to live out their faith and make a difference in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

The Student Ministry Video Producer will be responsible for:

• Creating engaging, impactful media that showcases student life, testimonies, and ministries
• Developing a structure for students to explore their gifts in ministry, especially as it relates to video/photography
• Collaborating with Student Pastors and other team members to develop and implement a comprehensive video strategy
• Shepherding and caring for volunteers and developing the creative team volunteer culture
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and social media marketing

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Exceptional storytelling skills and ability to connect with students
• Strong technical skills in video production, editing, and post-production
• Experience working with students, high-functioning teams, and digital realms
• Personal qualities like humility, teachability, collaboration, innovation, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, hard work, and effective communication
