Seasonal Golf Course Grounds Maintenance

Willow Creek Country Club is an exclusive club nestled at the base of the towering Wasatch Mountains in Sandy, Utah. The course, opened in 1957, plays to a yardage of 7,110 from the tips. Willow Creek is known for a standard of excellence rivaled by few.

The Golf Course Grounds Crew is responsible for performing daily golf course setup and maintenance.

Essential Job Duties

• Operates light equipment, such as walking rotary mowers, line trimmers, edgers, blowers, rollers, and walking reel mowers
• Operates transportation vehicles such as golf carts and utility vehicles as directed
• Ability to operate electric and fuel powered tools, hand tools, hoses, planting materials, and safety equipment
• Lays sod, plants vegetative materials, cultivates and trims vegetative materials, and rakes and edges bunkers
• Performs general maintenance and repair work on all golf course grounds and any golf course facility or building
• Maintains and cleans shop, lunchroom, maintenance restrooms, hand tools, and equipment
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work 40 hours a week throughout the season
• Ability to work any day of the week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States, as verified through E-Verify
