What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at Willow Creek Country Club?
We are seeking enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join WILLOW CREEK COUNTRY CLUB. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service to our members. We're getting ready for the golf season and looking for someone who can work in the restaurant, banquet, and snack bar department. If you've got experience in both serving and bartending, we want you on our team!
Requirements:
- Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional service
- Capable of performing well under pressure
- Demonstrating strong teamwork skills
- Be at least 21 years old to handle and serve alcohol
- Prior experience in serving and bartending experience is advantageous
- Required to work evening shifts, weekends and holidays
- Must be knowledgeable in the preparation of Classic and Trending Cocktails, in a Fast, Efficient and Responsible Manner.
- Provides an exceptional experience to the Membership.
- Helps place orders for product.
- Helps conduct Monthly Inventories.
- Keeps the Bar Clean, and Products Stocked and Organized.
- Prepares Drinks for members
- Ensures all Drinks are Rung in the POS.
- Will be scheduled to work as bartender for Banquet Events when needed.
- Maintains Liquor, Wine and Beer Menus.
- Will work as bartender but may be asked to pick up tables as needed.
- Help assist in closing the building by demonstrating the ability to complete tasks and collaborate effectively with the team and ensure side work is completed.
Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $13-$15 per hour Tips.
- Benefits include a great work environment, flexible schedules, free employee meals, golf and swimming privileges on Mondays when your are off.
Job Type:
Part Time with flexibility to cover shifts. Primarily Evening Shifts
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Required Weekend availability
- Holidays availability

January- February (Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Open Wednesday through Sunday)
March-November (Closed on Mondays only but open on Private Golf Outing, Open Tuesday through Sunday)

December: Busy month with Holiday Parties
