What You’ll Be Doing
- Comprehensive Client Experience: Conducting annual client reviews, analyzing client financial data, and developing personalized recommendations in collaboration with our team.
- Investment Strategy & Portfolio Management: Review investment policy statements, monitor portfolio performance, and implement investment transition plans.
- Client Engagement & Planning: Facilitate client meetings, summarize key takeaways, and track follow-through.
- New Client Onboarding: Lead investment analysis, present financial strategies, and manage the implementation of tailored investment solutions.
- Collaboration & Growth: Work with internal teams, contribute to strategic initiatives, and develop relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) to expand your network.
- Industry Involvement: Stay ahead of industry trends by joining professional associations, attending sponsored events, and pursuing continued education.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience & Education: Minimum of three years in financial advisory services or the finance industry.
- Certification: A Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook. Ideally, experience with Orion, Advisor Engine CRM, and MoneyGuidePro.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build lasting client relationships through clear, thoughtful, and professional interactions.
- Attention to Detail: Organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Proactive & Team-Oriented Mindset: A self-starter eager to contribute to a dynamic and client-focused team.
Compensation
· Base Salary: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
· Variable Compensation: Revenue sharing compensation based on both new and on-going client revenue.
