What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event and Catering Staff position at Willow Grove Inn LLC?
As well as an award-winning boutique hotel, the Inn at Willow Grove is a premier venue for weddings, banquets, retreats, & private events. We are currently seeking part-time, weekend staff to join our events staff team. Our event staff team consists of motivated, energetic, reliable, friendly, and professional individuals with the common goal of providing exceptional service and an elegant, magical guest experience. Starting Pay: $15/Hour.
Requirements:
- REQUIRED: Consistent Saturday Availability (Afternoon-Late Night)
PREFERRED: Some Friday (Early Evening-Late Night) and Sunday (Morning-Early Afternoon)
Previous experience with catering, bartending, and/or serving preferred but not required
Flexible/willing to fill/learn multiple roles as needed
Maintains a positive, friendly, hospitable, service-oriented attitude
Motivated to self-start, multi-task, and perform duties with minimal supervision
Able to lift 20 to 30 pounds, go up and down stairs, and stay active for extended periods
Strong communication skills and enjoys working with the public and as a part of a team
Attention to detail
Reliably and consistently performs event duties as scheduled
