Qualifications of Life Enrichment Director :
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior recreation / activities experience in a nursing home preferred.
- An ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of residents served.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, goverment agencies / personnel and the public.
