About Us: At Willow Lake Day Camp, we believe in creating an intentionally upbeat and supportive environment for both our campers and staff. Our mission is to foster a community where everyone feels valued and empowered to grow.

Your Role: As our Staffing Director, you will be a key player in shaping our camp's culture and ensuring we have the best team in place. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full cycle recruitment process, from college and high school recruitment to job postings, interviews, and employment agreements
• Assisting in planning and leading staff orientation
• Being a key decision-maker in maintaining our positive staff culture
• Supporting, training, and managing our staff

What We're Looking For:

• A self-starter who is highly motivated and organized
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Perfect for a former educator who loves camp
• Experience with LinkedIn/really/Social Media is needed
• Previous year round camp management experience is highly desired
• Experience in administrative roles is preferred
