Your Role : As our Staffing Director, you will be a key player in shaping our camp's culture and ensuring we have the best team in place. Your responsibilities will include :
- Managing the full cycle recruitment process, from college and high school recruitment to job postings, interviews, and employment agreements
- Assisting in planning and leading staff orientation
- Being a key decision-maker in maintaining our positive staff culture
- Supporting, training, and managing our staff
