Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Maintain an organized sales lot by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are visually appealing and Lot up keep.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with customers, utilizing strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or taking orders.
- Utilize basic math skills to perform transactions and manage inventory levels.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Experience with product demos is a plus, showcasing the ability to present products confidently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and stock management are essential.
