What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaners position at Willow Leaf Commercial Cleaning?
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of a medical facility in Deer River.
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas following strict health and safety standards.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, counters, and handrails.
- Restock supplies such as hand soap, sanitizer, and paper products.
- Ensure floors are clean and safe, including wet mopping and spot-cleaning spills.
- Communicate effectively with the cleaning team and medical staff to address specific needs.
Follow proper procedures for cleaning equipment and safely store cleaning supplies.-Final Inspection: Perform a final inspection to ensure everything is in perfect condition, reporting any maintenance issues or damages to management.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial, commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
