Facilities Technician at Country Club

You will be responsible for completing maintenance requests and assisting facilities operations in a large campus setting with multiple buildings. You will diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as carpentry, electrical/lighting, plumbing, dry wall, exterior needs and large projects.

The shifts for this position are Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm. You should be willing to share on-call responsibilities for emergencies with other teammates. On-call availability rotates between teammates every 3rd week.

Pre-employment criminal background check and drug test conducted prior to hire.

Pay starting at $22 per hour and is based on experience.

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of building maintenance
• Available holidays, nights & weekends to participate in emergency call rotation
• Valid driver's license and transportation

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
