Our private club is always bustling with activity having more than 1000 families holding active membership. Our success is due in part to our commitment in providing top notch facilities and service.
We are looking for an experienced Tennis Professional to join our amazing tennis program and community at Willow Oaks! This full-time position has a relatively flexible schedule that is based on lesson times. Strong candidates will have holiday and weekend availability. The pay rate for this position is structure as hourly pay plus commission and is based on experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Teach private and group adult lessons as well as junior academies(red, orange, green, and yellow ball levels)
- String rackets
- Promote socials and other events
- Assist with court maintenance
- Help to manage tennis maintenance staff
- Explain and demonstrate principles, techniques, and methods of tennis to achieve proficiency in activity
- Assist members with questions
- Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations
- Help organize and conduct tournaments

Education/Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
Certification from the USPTA or USPTR is required.
This is an exciting full-time position with an excellent benefit package to include health, dental, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match and PTO. Compensation commensurate with experience; meals provided daily. Compensation is structured as a base salary commission. Successful background check and drug test required prior to hire.
