Job Description

Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist

Job Specialty : Occupational Therapist

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week

Experience : New Graduates are welcome; experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is preferred.

License : Must have a valid state license

Certifications : CPR certification required

Must-Have :

Prescreen form completed and attached
Resume and license verification attached
Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date

Job Description :

Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' occupational therapy needs.

Develop individualized treatment plans to support recovery and improve quality of life.

Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Adapt interventions to accommodate different levels of disability.

Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and at-home care techniques.

Conduct detailed credentialing including criminal background checks and verification of references.

Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including drug screening and health checks.

Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.
