**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a part-time dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team for our evening shifts (after 4pm). The BT/RBT will provide in-home ABA therapy to individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis ranging from 2-18 years old. The BT/RBT will report directly to their clinical supervisor and receive weekly training and ongoing support throughout the entirety of their caseload. Sessions with each client range from 2-4 hours.
**Duties:**
- Have the ability to have fun with children and play with them in their natural environment.
- Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the home environment.Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and analyze data on client behavior
- Maintain a consistent clinical schedule
- The ability to seek direction as it benefits the client
- The ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
- Attend meetings with the clinical team
- Utilize behavioral management techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation
**Requirements:**
- Experience or education in special education and/or behavioral health
- Passion for working with children
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to follow care plans effectively
- Strong skills in behavior management, reading comprehension, and oral communication
- Reliable Transportation
- Registered Behavior Technician certificate or willingness to complete the 40 hour training to become certified
