Dining Services Aide
Location: Willow Ridge Rehabilitation and Living Center

Shift: Evening/Weekend shifts available
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dining Services Aide to join our team at Willow Ridge Rehabilitation and Living Center. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment for our residents. This role plays an important part in ensuring our residents receive nutritious meals in a comfortable setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation and food service to residents
- Set up dining areas and deliver meals to residents’ rooms as needed
- Ensure food is served at appropriate temperatures and meets dietary needs
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide friendly and respectful interaction with residents and staff
- Assist in storing food supplies properly and keeping inventory organized
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations (training provided)
- Compassionate and patient-centered attitude
