Senior Consultant – Workforce Strategy & Transformation
We are a leading consulting firm focused on driving impactful change and organizational transformation for our clients. We specialize in innovative approaches to strategy, design, and workforce optimization and are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a key member of the Strategy and Transformation team, you will help organizations adapt and thrive in response to evolving external pressures and competitive landscapes. This role is centered on operational and organizational model redesign, workforce strategies, and implementing sustainable improvements.
We are looking for dynamic, collaborative professionals with expertise in organizational design and workforce transformation who can work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that create lasting results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Workforce Strategy Development: Utilize your expertise in workforce transformation to assess organizational challenges and co-create solutions addressing design, processes, and new ways of working.
- Client Engagement: Partner with senior leaders to align on strategies, define goals, and navigate complex projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Business Growth: Lead the development of proposals, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth by establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Methodology & Innovation: Contribute to developing and refining tools, frameworks, and approaches that advance our service offerings and inspire creative problem-solving.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and scale high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative, people-centric culture and contributing to organizational growth.
- DE&I Advocacy: Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion both internally and externally, modeling inclusive leadership and driving cultural initiatives.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience: 10 years of experience in workforce transformation within a consultancy or a relevant role in industry, such as HR, organizational strategy, or people-focused initiatives.
- Proven Results: Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, including organization design, workforce planning, HR transformation, reskilling/upskilling, talent management, and operating model redesign.
- Innovative Thinking: Skilled in applying practical tools and methodologies, with a design-led approach that centers on employee and customer experiences.
- Leadership: Track record of building, developing, and inspiring teams, along with an ability to influence senior stakeholders and gain buy-in for key initiatives.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to shape proposals, pitch to clients, and grow business through a consultative and strategic approach.
