What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Coordinator Assistant position at Willow Springs Event Center?
Willow Springs Event Center is a great new venue located in Springville, UT. We are looking for staff members that will take us to the next level and make brides, grooms and businesses feel right at home. We are in need of a backup Assistant Event Coordinator which will require availability Monday through Saturday until 10:00pm-11:00pm. This job is perfect for students or individuals looking to work in the afternoon/evening and on weekends. Assistant Event Coordinator will be in charge of making sure all needs are met, and the venue is running smoothly. Tech savvy is a plus but teachable, friendly, professional are most important. Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Event management: 1 year (Preferred)
