Willow Springs is looking for caring and compassionate COTA to join our Team! Pay range : $38-$42 per hour - DOE SIGN ON BONUS : $1000 - paid in increments. We are looking for a COTA willing to share your talents to help grow our team. We work in a dynamic and ever changing field of Post Acute Care. You will have the opportunity to educate and alleviate family member concerns about their loved ones. Your ability to help family members and residents to navigate difficult emotions during the recovery process is vitally important, and everyone you come in contact with will love you for it.
