*amazing customer service skills (You love people, they love you, you like helping!)

*strong attention to detail and organization (We’re looking for you to go beyond the basics, and be able to become of a team that is looking proactively for tasks that will support everyone in the clinic and the flow of our team, even without being directly asked.)
*ability to prioritize and manage projects and systems, with the follow through to match
*great communication skills–you are a proactive communicator, and are committed to a “more communication is always better” ethos.
*emotional maturity, and the willingness and ability to be a great team player. You get that healthy relationships are important. (We practice a lot of systems to cultivate this as a team–we are human beings, after all.)
*reliable!! (Both from the standpoint of being on time and prepared for your shifts, but also as a team member. You can work very well autonomously, but also know how to work well with others.)
*comfortable with technology such as scheduling software, text, email, telephone, fax machine, POS, Sonos speakers, Spotify. (If technology makes you nervous or stresses you out, this is not the right fit for you.)
*problem solving mentality- the front desk is responsible for taking care of the little things that pop up to keep the flow of the clinic going, so an “I can figure this out” attitude and autonomy is imperative
*responsible, accountable–you’ve got some work experience under your belt and its made you wiser, but you are still interested in that thing called “beginner’s mind”. (We get Zen around here).
*small business or marketing experience–if you’ve managed projects, are comfortable with public outreach that’s a bonus.
