Skilled Nursing Community - Occupational Therapist
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Willow Tree Care Center. In this role, you will provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing setting, focusing on enhancing their functional abilities and promoting independence.
Your responsibilities will include conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination. You will also instruct patients in adapted techniques and the use of adaptive equipment for meal preparation, home management, dressing, feeding, and other self-care skills.
