Position Overview : As the Director of Rehabilitation Services, you will supervise our Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy staff to provide exceptional care to patients of all ages. This role entails overall supervision, coordination, and administration of rehabilitation department activities while aligning with our company philosophy.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy with a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Current and unencumbered license in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy.
- Must possess proficient English language skills to fulfill job requirements.
- Three to five years of clinical experience, especially with the geriatric population, and at least one year in a supervisory role.
