LOCATION : Willow Tree Care Center - Grand Junction, CO
POSITION : LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
PAY : $26.00 to $36.00 DOE
Night Shift Differentials
Sign On Bonus : $10,000 for full-time positions (paid out in increments)
SHIFTS AVAILABLE : Full-time Nights and PRN

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
- Ensure that patients take their medication.
- Assist RNs and other members of the medical team.
- Liaise with patients' families for better care coordination.
