We are seeking a skilled nurse to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner at Willow Tree Care Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall well-being, and practicing according to the philosophy and policies/procedures of the community and State standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and other medical needs
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
