Resident Support and Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

\

• Provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan.
\

• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
\

• Record vital signs as requested by staff.
\

• Show a can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents.
\

• Maintain a flexible schedule.
\

• Demonstrate a love for seniors.
\
