Your Role with the Company :
Oversee and optimize multi-unit, multi-state operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency
Drive strategic growth initiatives while maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced, full-service hospitality environment
Develop and implement scalable systems, processes, and SOPs to support operational excellence and business expansion
Lead and mentor regional and district management teams, fostering a high-performance culture
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and brand standards
Analyze financial performance metrics, including P&L statements, cost controls, and revenue streams, to optimize profitability
Collaborate with key stakeholders in finance, marketing, HR, and IT to align business objectives
Oversee new location openings, expansions, and renovations to ensure smooth execution and brand consistency
Develop and execute strategic workforce planning, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of overseeing operations for 100 Multi-Unit, Multi-State, Full-Service Restaurants
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
Proven experience overseeing multi-unit, multi-state operations in the full-service hospitality industry
Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational efficiencies to maximize profitability
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, HR, and operations to align objectives
Position based in New York City - must reside in or be willing to relocate to the area
