Your Role with the Company :
The General Manager is responsible for managing all operations of the restaurant, including :
Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing and implementing exceptional customer service practices, emphasizing hospitality, and consistently exceeding guest expectations
Direct appropriate ordering, storage, organization and preparation of all food and beverage items, as well as maintain stock of needed business supplies
Manage bi-weekly payroll processing and staff scheduling to ensure accurate compensation, optimize labor efficiency, and meet operational needs
Manage P&L, balancing cost management with the human side of hospitality and people management
Contributes to and executes team training materials, initiatives and programs
Motivates, leads, creates influence at all levels of the organization
Qualifications
4 years of experience as a General Manager with a fast paced, high volume, casual dining restaurant or production kitchen
Passionate about developing and improving systems to support organizational growth and scalability
A leader who prioritizes employee growth, well-being, and empowerment to foster a positive and thriving team culture
