YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY :
The Manager is responsible for assisting all operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include :
Supervise, train, and coach restaurant staff
Scheduling, ordering, inventory, guest service, quality, managing all aspects of the restaurant
Other duties as dictated by Senior Management in order to run smooth operations
BACKGROUND PROFILE :
2 years of experience in restaurant management with a fast casual or quick service restaurant concept, focusing on strong guest service
ServSafe and ABC Responsible Service of Alcohol certifications required
Excellent floor presence and a passion for hospitality
