YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY :
Oversee the new store opening process from pre-planning to post-opening
Manage the Certified Trainer and Certified Training Store Programs
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all restaurant operations, including prep, cooking, food safety, shift management, guest experience, and POS systems, providing expert guidance and support
Maintain and update training materials for all store operations, regularly reviewing their effectiveness and recommending improvements for enhanced program delivery
Assist with the New Manager and Career Path Training Programs
Support company rollouts of new products, limited-time offers (LTOs), and service enhancements
Provide operational support to District Managers through auditing of line checks, prep lists, and order guides, and analyzing health inspections to ensure compliance and quality
Conduct re-certifications and quality assessments for restaurant leadership teams
Collaborate with GM s to identify improvement areas, and develop actionable solutions
BACKGROUND PROFILE :
3 years of experience as a Quick Serve Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or equivalent, with proven experience in training others
High School Diploma required ; Associate s degree or higher preferred
Bilingual English / Spanish required
Strong understanding of Food Safety Management and operations
Competency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and specialized systems such as LMS, ATS, and CRM is highly desirable
Understanding of instructional design and adult learning theory is a plus
Public speaking and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead training sessions for diverse audiences
Must be able to travel and stay away from home for up to 3 weeks at a time
Must possess a valid driver s license, proof of insurance, and have reliable access to a vehicle for regular regional travel
Ability to work independently and flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays
