YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY :
The Sous Chef will manage and develop the kitchen staff, ensure consistent quality and presentation of food. Primary duties and responsibilities include :
Supervise, train, and coach kitchen staff
Manage food production, quality, and presentation
Uphold standard operations procedures to ensure quality, safety and sanitation
Support the Executive Chef with scheduling, ordering, inventory
Other duties as dictated by Executive Chef in order to run smooth operations
BACKGROUND PROFILE :
2 years of experience as an Sous Chef $3M upscale-casual French or Continental cuisine restaurant
Experience in running smooth kitchen operations to consistently produce high quality food
Display strong interpersonal and organizational skills
