Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and experienced Environmental Services Manager to join our team in Winston Salem, NC!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the housekeeping department and operations.
- Ensuring facility cleanliness standards are met at all times.
- Create and enforce high level policies and practices within the housekeeping department.
- Assist with hiring department members as needed and attend all on-the-job training.
- Help create and ensure a positive culture within housekeeping department.
- Exceptional communication with staff, residents, and family members at all times.
- Help create a culture of superior customer service.
- Work interdepartmentally to ensure housekeeping department meets overall needs of facility.
Qualifications:
- Housekeeping/Laundry experience
- Healthcare experience
- Management experience
- 2-4 years of related work experience
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
