Responsibilities:
- Arrive at each assignment on time and complete the tasks outlined in the plan of care developed for each client. Tasks assigned may include, but are not limited to, the following: cleaning dishes; cooking a meal; running errands such as grocery shopping; assisting the client with a bath/shower; dressing and/or grooming; reading to the client; playing cards and/or other games; conversing; washing, drying, and folding laundry; tidying up the house; dusting and vacuuming, and reminding the client to take medication.
- Communicate to supervisor on a regular basis regarding the effectiveness/appropriateness of the services being provided or any changes or concerns regarding a client’s health.
- Use good judgment in decision-making and respect confidential matters relating to a client.
- Positively represent Connections at Home
Qualifications:
- Current driver's license required.
- Must be 18 yrs of age or older.
- Certification Nursing Assistant is not needed.

- Varied - Days and evenings

- We serve clients located in their private homes throughout Lancaster County and Willow Valley Communities.
