Join our team of Independent Nursing professionals as a LPN to provide wellness focused health care to our Residents in office and home settings. Respond to and provide emergency care to Residents, provide Resident education, administer immunizations, perform wound care, assist with tuberculosis surveillance testing, in addition to other clinical responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- For Residents living in their independent living home, perform clinical assessments, healthcare treatments, wellness checks, and respond to urgent healthcare needs when the call system is activated.
- Per physician orders and existing policies, conduct assessments, perform diagnostic testing, complete treatments, administer medications and immunizations.
- Liaison between Residents, their family, and their primary healthcare providers.
- Provide assistance to create and implement a plan of care based on Resident changes in health status facilitating transitions of care throughout the continuum.
- Team Member onboarding: administer and read tuberculin skin tests, give immunizations, assist with assessment of work-related injuries.
Qualifications:
- CPR certification, AED response training
- Must have active Licensed Practical Nurse license or Registered Nurse license
Schedules Available:
- Full time day shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (40 hours/week)
- Part time day shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (16 hours/week)
- Part time evening shift 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (24 hours/week)
- All positions include every other weekend and every other holiday
Wages:
- Wages vary based on experience
- Shift and weekend differential are available
