Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to residents and guests, including taking food and beverage orders at tableside and entering them into our computer software system.
- Work efficiently with other Team Members to ensure timely meal service and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Pour ice water and clear used dishes between courses, while observing diners to respond to requests.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old.
- Portrays a professional image in mannerisms and dress, according to Culinary Services dress code.
- Experience in Fine Dining is required.
- Experience serving alcohol is required.
