Willoway Nurseries, a progressive, forward-thinking company that is on the forefront of the horticulture and nursery industry with technology, marketing and growing techniques is looking for an Agriculture Mechanic. We are a local family owned and operated business that values transparency and currently practices open book management. We are seeking a team member to Join our Team of Mechanics at our Avon, OH location.
We are seeking a qualified Mechanic to repair and diagnose agriculture equipment such as: Tractors, loaders, gators and forklifts. We also have a fleet of cars, Vans and over the road trucks and trailers that we maintain.
You will be performing routine tune-ups, preventative Maintenance, and troubleshooting.
You will be operating service vehicles for on-site repairs.
Qualifications
~ Experience as a service technician, mechanic or other related fields
~ Knowledge of diagnostic and equipment repair
~ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
~ Must bring your own tools
~ Deadline and detail-oriented
What we offer
- First shift Monday-Friday (7am-3:30pm typical hours) Minimal half-day Saturdays in the Spring based on workload
