What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grower 2 (Long Road) position at Willoway Nurseries, INC?
Primary Responsibilities:
- Setting irrigation programs and controls as directed
- Monitoring crop moisture levels
- Monitoring nutrients in plants, soil, and water and mixing fertilizers as directed
- Setting and manipulating environmental controls as directed
- Performing basic to intermediate growing area and irrigation repairs/maintenance
- Performing basic plant maintenance (trimming, moving, weeding, etc.) as directed
Keeping and reporting accurate records of time-sensitive and mission critical data
