Sales Manager

Willowbrook Kia has an opportunity for a well rounded experienced Sales Manager/F I Manager . Candidates must have extensive knowledge of all aspects of the sales process. Must have strong understanding of the CRM and what it expected by salespeople on a daily basis. Must be able to call in a deal and rehash if necessary. Must be able to Bill and get deals funded in a timely fashion. All candidates are responsible for selling automotive financial products and services while adhering to strict ethical and and legal standards. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Must be able to lead a team. Must be able to facilitate daily sales meetings and coach new and experienced salespeople. Candidates must have at least 2 years of Sales Manager/ F I Manager experience and must have exceptional closing ability. Candidates must be a strong leader that is willing to change as the business is evolving. Must have a understanding of sales metrics. All candidates must be AFIP certified.

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for hiring and ongoing training of sales dept.

. Reports to General Sales Manager as well as General Manager.

. Maintains high CSI scores.

. Is able to call in and rehash deals with multiple lenders.

. Must understand and maintain all factory programs.

. Must have clean and organized paperwork that is compliant with all federal and dealership policies.

. Must have a strong understanding sales and advertising laws.

. Must be to forecast sales and gross goals.

. Will train all sales managers on a ongoing basis.
