TEAM LEAD Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain inventory, cleaning supplies, groceries, med cart, and PPE supplies. Including check in medications & putting groceries away, ensuring all items are properly dated and stored.
- Schedule resident appointments & provide transportation when needed using a company vehicle.
- Respond to case manager checkups.
- Assist the House Manager with monthly State/Company monitoring (checklists).
- Document resident daily notes (i.e. daily activities, behaviors, changes, etc.) & accidents/incidents. Including, monitoring and charting administration of residents’ medications.
- Responsible to assist with coverage of extra shifts when replacements cannot be found.
- Communicate needed supplies and equipment to the House Manager.
- Organize resident files.
- Assist management with new team member training.
- Assist residents in activities of daily living (i.e. toileting, bathing, eating, etc.) & facilitate daily activities, in accordance with the activity schedule.
- Assist in maintenance of physical facilities on a daily basis (i.e. cleaning, straightening, etc.), including clearing all walkways of snow, ice, or any other debris.
- Cook meals and provide snacks for the residents, following the menu plan.
- Monitor the health of residents and notify the House Manager of any changes.
- Follow emergency procedures if an emergency occurs.
- Be available to attend mandatory monthly staff meetings and training as requested by the House Manager.
- Responsible for reading any new or updated ISP’s on an as-needed basis.
- Represent Willowbrook Senior Living with professionalism
- Communicate concerns to the House Manager immediately. Be supportive, professional, and positive with the House manager’s decisions.
- Maintain open communication with family members.
- Provide comfort and compassion to the residents, treating all residents with dignity, warmth and respect.
- Provide 24- hour awake care for residents.
- Follow all guidelines according to DHS 83.
