Willowbrook Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to add to our TEAM!

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and management of nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Administer IVs and perform catheterization as needed, while maintaining basic life support protocols.
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate patient documentation and care coordination.
- Supervise and train nursing personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in a hospital or long-term care setting.
- Engage in patient assessments and develop care plans based on individual needs.
Education / Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Knowledge / Experience:
- Previous long-term care or comparable hospital experience
- At least 6 months of management experience
Licensure / Certifications:
- Current Texas Nursing License
