Manage all aspects of specialty area, including direct daily supervision of staff working on assigned team, inventory control, assignment of team members. Coordinates case planning, patient flow and implementation of processes. Responsible for Team success on identified quality measures such as patient hospital acquired conditions and fiscal responsibility for their unit.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Education: Associate Degree or 2 years of college coursework
Experience: One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
Licenses and Certifications

- Has limited supervision over a large section of employees
- Supervisory experience and certification preferred. CPR must be obtained within 30 days of hire. BSN preferred
