Duties
- Lead and manage the admissions team, providing guidance and support to achieve enrollment goals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
- Conduct academic advising sessions to educate students on program offerings, admission requirements, and career pathways.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, community events, and other outreach activities to promote enrollment.
- Utilize PCC software for managing admissions data and streamlining processes.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to create engaging presentations for prospective students.
- Monitor trends in higher education admissions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for the admissions team to enhance their skills.
- Foster relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the institution.
