What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate position at Willows run golf club?
We are Willows Run Golf Club in Redmond WA. One of the busiest public golf courses in WA with over 160,000 guests per years. We have two 18 hole golf courses, one Par 3 course, 18 hole putt putt course, covered driving range, to-go shack and full dining restaurant. Many corporate/private tournaments, birthdays, memorial events throughout the summer. We are casual dining restaurant , brewery atmosphere.
Skills & Qualification:
Closing shifts on weekdays are available. 3 days per week. Flexible scheduling
Must have a valid Driver’s license.
Punctuality is very important.
Experience with customers conflict and complaints. (There are a lot)
Shifts : October - February would be few shifts per week, when weather is bad, its on call basis.
March is likely to be two to three shifts per week
April is likely to be full time shifts
It all changes based on weather, above is the expectation under normal seasonal weather.
If more sunny weather, the shift is likely to increase.

Checking in customers
Cleaning carts
Driving range ball picks/cleaning
Golf experience is a plus
