Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with behavioral challenges, particularly those on the autism spectrum. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with families and other professionals, and provide training and support to staff. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data-driven analysis.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Document medical records accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic support for clients.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
- Stay current with research in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to enhance practice.
