Location and Flexibility
This role can be classified as Work From Near (Hybrid) or Work From Anywhere (Remote) and will require travel on a quarterly basis (10%).
The Opportunity
As a Marketing Analyst, Data & Analytics , you’ll support the strategy, specification, execution, and visualization of marketing analytics for multi-platform digital products. In partnership with best-in-class digital marketing teams, you’ll utilize storytelling to simplify complex data and turn it into actionable and meaningful insights and strategies.
You will play an instrumental, client-facing role as you lead complex business / technical integrations, manage digital marketing campaigns, or impact our clients’ products through data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze integrated marketing performance by audience segment and make adjustments to optimize user dashboards, customer experience, personalization, and relevance
- You'll be a data advocate who can both articulate and demonstrate the value of data to clients and multidisciplinary project teams (e.g. engineers and designers) and can use data and reporting to guide digital campaign and product strategies
- Lead ongoing marketing service engagements with clients, including push and email campaigns, outcomes-based analytics and data reporting to demonstrate ROI
- Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to improve engagement, conversion and retention metrics, using tools like Braze, Segment, and mParticle.
- Drive ongoing client success and satisfaction by determining the scope of various engagements and communicating regularly with various stakeholders
- You’ll coach project teams and mentor the Growth team to ensure client success
- Lead discovery engagements to learn our clients’ business goals and determine their optimal marketing tech stacks
- Travel to client offices as needed (10%)
