WillowWood, a leader in prosthetic solutions, is seeking an Inventory and Fulfillment Technician for our Colorado location. This position ensures efficient and accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. Summary :
The Fulfillment and Inventory Technician ensures efficient and accurate handling of inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. This role involves managing stock levels, maintaining organized inventory systems, and ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped promptly and accurately. The technician collaborates closely with Operations / Quality Eng, supply chain personnel, and other departments to support operational efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory shipments, verifying quantities and product quality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software or systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct items are selected and packaged securely.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with procurement and management to reorder products as needed.
- Perform regular stock counts and assist with periodic audits.
- Ensure products are stored in the correct locations to optimize warehouse space and accessibility.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline fulfillment processes and resolve any shipping or inventory issues.
- Assist in maintaining a clean safe work environment.
- Assemble and maintain small parts assembly into finished goods.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
