ABOUT THE JOB :

Phoenix, AZ) Oversee customer service functions between customers and field operations team for west regions of North American business along with process and system transformations and integrations for entire Customer Success Group. Manage Process and System Development within Shared Services – Customer Success Group. Monitor operations to continually assess for further opportunities to plan, develop and implement new processes / procedures. Direct team and enterprise reorganizations and integrations as needed due to growth. Reassign team members as needed to enhance productivity and efficiency. Manage team members and assess proper means to execute day-to-day tasks. Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees to review performance and ensure goal completion by providing feedback after reviewing KPIs.

Minimum of 2 years experience as Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Specialist, Branch Coordinator or related position required.
