An ideal Sales Rep I is someone who excels in lead generation, building relationships, and finalizing sales transactions. You will collaborate with multiple departments in a matrixed business environment while contributing to the achievement of our sales goals and the company's success.
- Primarily responsible for providing outbound sales coverage for open territories. This includes conducting prospecting calls through means such as Dodge reports, corporate marketing lists, referrals, local media, etc., as well as, responding to all incoming leads daily.
- Conducts follow up calls and attempts to create opportunities with every customer in order to minimize risk of losing business.
- Effectively follow KPI goals and objectives, track progress versus goals, and make adjustments to meet or exceed all targets.
- Assist with follow up calls on lost opportunities.
- Bachelor'sdegree OR at least 1 yr experience in customer service or retail sales
