A Willy's production member works in a team driven environment and assists in the manufacturing of fresh salsa while adhering to quality, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures of Willy's Fresh Salsa.
Qualifications
As a Willy's Production Team member, you should be willing and able to:
- Push, Pull or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to be on your feet 8.5 hours a day on a concrete floor
- Able to work in a chilled and wet environment
- Able to pass a drug test
- Work at a moving line inspecting and boxing finished product etc. in a fast paced production environment while maintaining excellent productivity goals and a quality product
- Adaptive/Flexible to change
- Rotate through various positions on the production line
- Able to accurately and legibly document information properly, using specific components and correct weights
- Pack and palletize the product when assigned
- Conduct sanitation activities
- Able to work in a loud, FUN environment
- Follow production guidelines of food safety
- Other duties assigned
- Must be punctual
- Must have reliable transportation
