District 39 is seeking teachers who are child-centered professionals with a high degree of energy, flexibility, and initiative as well as well-developed interpersonal skills. Expectations are that teachers will practice reflective teaching strategies and seek continuous self-improvement.
Qualifications: Valid IL educator licensure with proper endorsement (s).
Working Conditions:
$60,575.33 minimum annually with benefits. Actual compensation based on education and experience.

Some tuition reimbursement is available for graduate level courses in the field of education. Tier 2 TRS employees may be eligible for additional retirement savings benefits. All applicable benefits can be found in the current WEA contractual bargaining agreement.
