Description: District 39 is seeking a child-centered Learning Behavior Specialist with a high degree of energy, initiative and flexibility with well-developed interpersonal skills. Candidates should have knowledge and experience in data collection, assessment and a wide variety of instructional approaches for teaching academic, behavioral and social emotional skills. Expectations are that teachers will practice reflective teaching strategies and seek continuous self-improvement.When Position Filled
Qualifications: Valid IL educator licensure with LBSI endorsement required.
Working Conditions:
$59,097.89 (full-time) minimum annually with benefits. Actual compensation based on education and experience.

Some tuition reimbursement is available for graduate level courses in the field of education. Tier 2 TRS employees may be eligible for additional retirement savings benefits.
