The Wilmington Area School District is seeking a permanent full-time French teacher.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate educator to join our team as a French teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching French language and culture, as well as experience with curriculum development and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Teach French language and culture to students at the high school level
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in French or a related field
- Pennsylvania teaching certification
- Experience teaching French language and culture
- Strong organizational and communication skills
